The Bremen Town Musicians statue made in 1953 is located in the center of Bremen.
It is the best-known fairy tale written by the Brothers Grimm (Jacob Grimm-Wilhelm Grimm). It is written in fable style, which aims to give advice. It is about the dreams of a donkey, a dog, a cat and a rooster, who run away when their owners misbehave, to go to Bremen and play as musicians there. They become good friends when they hit the road. The thieves who break into the house of a mother and daughter, stand in front of the house they have entered, four friends that resemble a silhouette of a monster, and they run away from the cacophony that occurs as a result of their shouting. All four friends start to live in this house.
It is believed that rubbing the ankles of the donkey in the statue brings good luck.
